QUESTIONS ABOUT ON SITE CLEANING
Q.What states are your services offered?
A.Usually IL, IN, KY, MI, MN, WI.
Q.Why can’t I power wash steps in my dock?
A.It is illegal since you are violating EPA 415ILCS5/3.185 which prohibits allowing contaminants to be discharged into the sewer system.
Q.Where does the polluted water go?
A.We contain it; bring it off of your site to our facility for EPA approved disposal.
Q.If my escalators run until 10:00 PM is that a problem?
A.Not at all as most of our step cleaning is done at night.
Q.Will I pay more for night cleaning of my steps?
A.Not if we can start at or before 10:00 PM.
Q.How long does a cleaning take?
A.A first cleaning can take 7 hours depending on the degree of accumulated dirt.
Q.Will my steps look brand new after your on site cleaning service?
A.Probably not because of the physical properties of the aluminum and the abuse your steps have been subjected to.
Q.Will there be a noticeable difference?
A.Absolutely and future touch up cleaning will make them look even better.
