• Your removed steps are delivered to our step cleaning facility (15 miles West of downtown Chicago)
• The steps are placed on a conveyor, which carries them through the wash system
• More than 125 powerful jets spray 180°F water over the top, front, side and underside of each step
• The steps have all the dirt, grease, oil, lint, and loose paint removed
• Same Day Service (SDS) means you can get your cleaned steps back in hours

Off Site Repairing And Painting

• We thoroughly clean the steps in our conveyor wash system
• Any broken or thin ribs on the tread are repaired, then machined to size
• The repaired steps are cleaned, sand blasted, and powder coated in a color of your choosing
• New step rollers can be installed on the steps (suggested option)
• New demarcations can be installed on the steps (optional)
• Yellow powder coat can be applied to the steps for highlighting the edges (optional)
